Recipe:
Ingredients:
1 cup all-purpose flour
2 tbsp sugar
1 tsp baking powder
1 egg
¾ cup milk
2 tbsp melted butter or oil
ChocoNesto chocolate pieces (chunks or small squares)
Butter for cooking
Instructions:
1️⃣ Mix flour, sugar, and baking powder in a bowl.
2️⃣ In another bowl, whisk egg, milk, and melted butter. Combine to make a smooth batter.
3️⃣ Heat a non-stick pan and grease lightly.
4️⃣ Pour a scoop of batter, place a piece of ChocoNesto in the center, and cover with more batter.
5️⃣ Cook until bubbles form on top, then flip and cook 1–2 more minutes.
